You’re invited to join Women in Innovation and WIN Ambassador Lydia Kim for our first event of 2019 where we’ll be diving into the topic of emotional labor: what it is, what it’s worth, what it costs us, and why it matters that we acknowledge it.
During this highly interactive workshop, we’ll apply design sprint strategies to help reframe and manage the experience of emotional labor in our own lives, and share our findings with one another.
We hope you will come away with a clearer understanding of the nature of emotional labor as well as some helpful strategies for regulating its inevitable appearance at work, home, and relationships.
Space is limited - please RSVP as soon as possible to reserve your spot.
As always, snacks and drinks will be provided.
- RSVP first come, first serve -
